Call me an idiot, but what kind of naming scheme do I need to use for XBMC to use local .jpg files for the poster art of TV Shows?

My Files are organized like this:

TV Show Folder -> Season Folder -> Individual .mkv or .mp4 files

I have tried the following names in the Season folder and none have worked:
folder.jpg
poster.jpg
seasonXX-poster.jpg

In the TV Show folder, I have tried:
seasonxx-poster.jpg

All I want is the respective poster/thumbnail for each season. The Wiki has been completely useless in clearing this up for me.

Have you reloaded/refreshed the video data in the library since adding the file?
