I know 13.1 is available, but there is no option to remove the very annoying announcement at the top. Surely a week is long enough to display it? I think it's been there over a month, possibly longer.

Or could you make it a different colour, other than the same one used to notify of private messages?

Sorry if this has been mentioned previously and/or there is an option to remove it that I'm not aware of.
