Hi guys,
I have been doing an adalight project with ws2801 LEDs.I have the add on installed and the config file in/etc/ as required. I now get the error "cannot connect to Hyperion". Can anybody shed some light?

Checked my USB device by running the colourswirl test in processing, adalight is on "/dev/ttyACM0". So that is the value I put into Hypercon is it not? I have put the autoexec.py file in "/usr/share/xbmc/userdata/autoexec.py", thats right?
The more problems I face the more confidient I'm getting in terminal! I even ran a sudo rm, though I did hesitate before hitting enter :-)

Resolved! I had to put the "autoexec.py" file into "~/.xbmc/userdata/".

Are you running Hyperon on Ubuntu? I would appreciate if you could guide me how to do it.

It's been a while since I did it now. Follow the instructions posted previously and ensure you move "autoexec.py" into "~/.xbmc/userdata/", I didn't find that part clear. You will need to do this from terminal as you will be moving a file into the root directory.
