Hey everyone

I am trying to make an Ambient light system using Boblight and an arduino for my xbmc box. But through following multiple tutorials, I can not for the life of me get Boblight to output to serial on Windows 8.1. Is it compatible? Has anyone done it before? If so, how?

i had also problems to setup my ambilight with windows 8.1. I did it with Ambibox, you can try it with it http://www.ambibox.ru/en/index.php/Main_Page .
