Hi,
I've created 2 smart playlists, to seperate my children movies from my non-children movies.
I have then edited the skins' home.xml file, to point to new menues to theese playlists.

Unfortunately, whenever there's an update, it overwrites the Home.xml, and I loose my pointers, to the playlists.

Is there a way, to append to the skin, and not loosing it when it's updated. A way to add extra menu points?

There are skins that give you the option to add favorites and playlists to home from within the skin.
You did not say what you were using.

Alternatively, you can open addon.xml in the skin root and change the skin's version number so something high. Downside is that you won't get updates.
