That log probably won't show anything useful for a shutdown problem - it was captured with the XBMC Log uploader addon - which by definition means that the log was captured at a point before shutdown was initiated. (You can see at the end of the log that there is no sign of a shutdown having commenced yet)

You'll need to capture the log file manually and upload it.

Have you tried waiting at least 5 minutes to see if shutdown completes ? Most shutdown hangs are caused by addon problems - sometimes after a few minutes the script will terminate and shutdown will complete.

So give it at least 5 minutes to shutdown and then manually copy the log file and upload it. If the shutdown does complete and you have to capture it after rebooting you want xbmc.log.1 not xbmc.log.

These messages are suspicious:
Code:
18:22:50 T:3036779296   ERROR: Connect failed with 'SQL: The database disk image is malformed

That one looks like it refers to ViewModes6.db. Possibly the file has been currented (perhaps from a power cycle or crash when updating it).

I'd be tempted to rename that file (in ~/.xbmc/userdata/Databases) and restart and check if those errors go from the log.

I clean install is the surer (but more drastic) way to fix this.
