That log probably won't show anything useful for a shutdown problem - it was captured with the XBMC Log uploader addon - which by definition means that the log was captured at a point before shutdown was initiated. (You can see at the end of the log that there is no sign of a shutdown having commenced yet)
You'll need to capture the log file manually and upload it.
Have you tried waiting at least 5 minutes to see if shutdown completes ? Most shutdown hangs are caused by addon problems - sometimes after a few minutes the script will terminate and shutdown will complete.
So give it at least 5 minutes to shutdown and then manually copy the log file and upload it. If the shutdown does complete and you have to capture it after rebooting you want xbmc.log.1 not xbmc.log.
