I'm running a NAS with my media on connected to my network.Everything shows fine on xbmc,but on the remote when I go to movies then click more to pick the NAS one of my folders is missing.

Any help much appreciated.

Try to enable the option, under the idevice settings, xbmcRemote > App Settings > Show all files in filemode and see if the issue is solved. Let me know.
