I see quite a few people use icons from `Black in their skins. I've remade (nearly) every image from his Xperience1080 textures. You can see what they look like in the beta mod I've released on the skin page.

What I'm asking is, is there a community interest for these?

OK, I'm still finishing them all and the final release of my Xperience1080 mod will not use textures.xbt (due the AMD issue). I'll also start a new thread here with screenshots listing different areas in the icon pack, from volume control to weather and playback buttons.

what about an opensource icon font for XBMC? Would work fine for modern flat layouts. The only missing thing then would be that XBMCs GUI engine can apply gradient fills to text.

I use this icon font https://github.com/whhglyphs in Maximinimalism. Works like a charm.
