I have 2 fresh installs: OpenELEC with Gotham and Raspbmc with Gotham
The Raspbmc works correctly - as in stays running. Made all the changes, config.txt and input device settings are all the same - OpenELEC shuts down after 6-10 seconds after display turns off. Raspbmc stays on - tested 12-14 hours with display off. I would really wrather run Openelec because it can do NFS mount properly - I have to use SMB with Raspbmc - to the same NAS with the same permissions. NAS only permissions by IP and the same Pi running either SD gets the same one.
