Hi Guys,
Im new to XMBC and if this question is in the wrong forum I apologise.
I recently bought a xmbc loaded box from a company in Japan called McIntyreMedia.tv.
It's called the Freedom box.
The company offers a tunnelling service, but the operator said
You are not connecting to our tunnel and this is why the US addons are not working
If there is no path to our servers them the network issue lies at your end or with your Internet provider.
Both i and other clients are able to log onto and use the tunnel without problem.
If you have previously installed different networking software on your PC or router this may be blocking some routes. Alternatively your Internet provider may be blocking the route.
I'm sorry, but in this case there is no problem with our software and services and you need to take this IP with your Internet provider.
I have no idea where to start with this problem, any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
