Release Seeking Beta-Testers for Comprehensive EPG
#1
We are seeking 50 beta-testers for a new electronic programming guide (EPG) to be released in the upcoming weeks. As a show of gratitude for your assistance, all selected beta-testers will receive a lifetime free subscription to our new EPG service. This includes access to all new features as they are released.

All content and imagery is 100% licensed for use on XBMC. Team XBMC has been provided with a copy of the licensing agreement for independent verification.

While we cannot specify an exact number at this point; Datho Digital intends to publicly pledge a certain portion of our monthly proceeds to the XBMC Foundation. We are saying this publicly and for-the-record; so you're all more than welcome to hold us to this.

We believe this is a truly revolutionary EPG, offering complete channel listings for the US, Canada & UK (18,000+ listings), along with the following features:

- Full channel listings, on now/on next
- Full program descriptions
- TV series/movie fanart
- Program meta-data
- Additional country support to be added continually

This EPG is highly customizable with the user having the ability to:

Design and download their own custom TV-channel line-up (with all the above features) from scratch. We have a simple web application interface which make this entire process quick-and-easy. Custom line-ups are then automatically downloaded on a user's local machine.
Select from a number of pre-set lineups. Users can choose to add additional stations to their pre-set lineups to quickly create a custom line-up
Link any XBMC stream to your EPG. If you can find it in XBMC, you can link to our guide
Hide or re-arrange channels within your existing line-up

This is a first release only and multiple new features will be rolled-out on a continual basis.

BETA-TESTER REQUIREMENTS

- We are keen to test this on as many devices/OS/Official XBMC builds as possible, so we are looking for a wide-range of users – particularly Android users
- Provide log files and other technical information when reporting errors or other issues
- Provide feedback on general look, feel and ease-of-use
- Input on possible new features, functionality or integration with other XBMC services such as PVR clients

While you are free to post openly about the add-on; our only requirement is that you not distribute or otherwise publicly post the code until it is ready for release. All code will be made available as per XBMC guidelines, but we wish to wait until official release before this happens.

Please PM me for more information. We expect the test add-on and web application interface to be ready within the next week. Our web site should also be released in the next week: www.dathovpn.com (yes, we are also a VPN company).
