Amazon Fire TV running Gotham 13.1 mp4 playback issues from media share. I am able to play avi files without any issues from the same file share but not any of MP4 or MP3 formatted files. I have seen the notes that all mp4 play back issues were fixed as part of the stable Gotham 13.1 release but is this a known issue that was not fixed for android?
Note - I have XBMC running fine on a windows 7 box that is able to play from the same media share. I have tried both yify and non yify releases.
The main reason to use XBMC for me was to use it to stream from from media share connected to my router.
Please help !!
