In the upcoming release of XBMC 14.0 (Helix) we'll introduce a new window based PVR section. To make the skin upgrade as easy as possible we've created a migration guide which covers all the changes we've made to the PVR section. Don't hesitate to ask your question if something is unclear or not well described.

Would love to check it out, unfortunately every OSX build from 13-07 and on crashes on startup for me.

Should these builds work without a real PVR setup?

For some reasons the link won't work.
I only got there after I searched the wiki for it. But the link is correct.

they should. perhaps something was missed in the PVR bump or something else is wrong.
please provide crashlogs in seperate thread so it could be fixed.

Allright, probably best to put it on Trac?

Tried out a Windows build in a VM earlier, and after manually updating the fake module, or whatever it was called it worked using the PVR demo add-on.

Definitely an improvement from what I can tell, even though I was under the impression the side menu / blade was going to be dropped as a way of navigating through the pvr sections.
