I just installed a fresh copy of XBMCbuntu. When I went through the installer wizard and it asked to create an account, I gave it my username/password and set to not "auto logon".
Now that install is done, what is the best way to create n account for xbmc to run in and for it to auto launch the XBMC application on boot?

I think you have a login screen if you boot, correct?
If yes, so select XBMC in the pulldown menu and enter username and password. Then you should enter XBMC. If you now select "shutdown" and boot again, you should normally boot directly to XBMC

I would prefer to create a new account for xbmc rather than using the admin (my) account.
What is the best way to create the account? Is adduser xbmc --gecos XBMC enough? Or do I need to add the new user to some groups (usermod --group audio, video, fuse, cdrom, plugdev xbmc)?
