Brand new box. Frozen screen so I did a factory reset now all pre- loaded materiel disappeared and no idea how to get it all back

How, in your mind, do you think anyone can help you without even mentioning the brand and type of your box?

Sorry, I am new to this and not very tech either (pensioner and a woman). It's a droidplayer. Little box connected to TV and broadband through Ethernet. I managed to get the box going but all the Icons I had have gone. If I download the Gotham one would that bring it all back?

In any case, we don't know what you had in the first place, so there's no way for us to know how to get those specific icons back.
