The box I have recently purchase won't connect to Wi-Fi. I was watching a movie when is stopped working. So, I went to the setting to check the Wi-Fi and it was off. So, I clicked to turn it back on and just keeps saying "Turning Wi-Fi on..." But, it never does. I have tried turning it off and back on, and unplugging the power and HDMI, but it won't work. I was thinking I could reset it, but I am not sure if that would get rid of XBMC. So, my question is here is it safe to reset it and if not what should I do?

Also, if I do reset it could I simply download XBMC again?

I would suggest talking to the manufacturer or the box. Sounds like a defective unit.
