Hi,
I have a MyGica ATV520 that is running Android version 4.2.2 and XBMC Gotham 13.1. I have a shared mysql database that shares both video and music databases and on both my HTPC and my ATV2, the shared video and shared music works perfectly. However, on my ATV520, when I try to play an MP3 from my shared music library, it doesn't work (I'll explain "doesn't work" in a bit).
A few more details. I have had this box for a while and when I ran Frodo (12.2), I was able to play my MP3's from my shared library just fine, but I did have to add this section to my advancedsettings.xml in order to get the MP3's to play properly under frodo:
<audio>
<defaultplayer>dvdplayer</defaultplayer>
</audio>
When I use this setting in my advancedsettings.xml in Gotham 13.1 and attempt to play an MP3 from my shared library, it will say "working" with the spinning circle for about 5 mintues (i timed it, most times it's nearly 5 minutes exactly) and then it will start playing and will continue playing as long as I don't switch to full screen mode. However, if I switch to full screen mode, the time will stop ticking and it will freeze within the next 10 seconds. Here is my debug log of exactly that happening:

When I remove this section from my advancedsettings.xml:
<audio>
<defaultplayer>dvdplayer</defaultplayer>
</audio>
and then try to play an MP3, it will freeze the screen as soon as I press play on an MP3. Here is my debug log when this is happening:

Playing any TV shows or Movies from my shared library works flawlessly.
Any thoughts or comments?
