I want to install to my macbook (late 2007: osx 10.7, core 2 duo, 4gb ram, intel x3100) BCM970015 Crystal HD and connect it via hdmi to my TV.
Will be it fast enough to play from my hdd something like this:

Format version : Version 2
Overall bit rate : 15 169 Kbps
Video
ID : 1
Format : AVC
Format profile : [email protected]
Bit rate : 13 190 Kbps


What problem may i have with that configuration?

Yes will it fit. You will have to remove the Wireless LAN card that is currently installed there before you can install the BCM70015.
