No I dont use heatsinks for mine. If you got the B+ then you'll easily hit 1.1ghz

I use a GPIO reciever with that remote (even though it has its own) you get the extra numlock, key 3 and the two on top. PLus you can map the mouse circle thing to anything you want also. Spent ALONG time doing my keymap but now its amazing.
I am shocked amazon sells that remote black_eagle. Shocked because I thought they have low margins. they are making atleast 100% profit on that remote.

ok i got pi.how do overclock it in openelec and how can test my internet connection.I am using wifi at the moment.

connected the pi to the pc to edit the config file.cant seem to find it.also when intried with booting and holding shift the config file is greyed out.any ideas how to find and edit the config file?

just checked in hardware setting it first showed 1000mhz but after i checked again its showing 700mhz? cheched the config file and all seems ok?
