I have noticed with the recent stable Gotham release that all my movies that are locally scrapped are not showing the movie MPAA certification. I checked the .nfo files and the certification is in there but still shows up as none in XBMC.
I see this happen on my main box and also on a freshly imaged Windows 7 (x86 and x64) and Windows 8 (x86 and x64) devices running Gotham 13.2.

Has anyone else seen this. All the devices I have tested this on scan for local content only.

Think I figured it out. I am using skin Aeon Nox and ended up changing to the default skin and noticed the ratings have returned. I believe it might have to do with the textures.xbt file. I will let you know.
