I'm new to XBMC and looking for hardware to use. After reading on these forums it appears that the Amazone Fire TV is a very populare device. My question is what is the quality of picture and sound. How would it compare to streaming a movie on Apple TV 3. I'm assuming picture will be the same because they are both 1080P but what about sound? Does the fire TV do 7.1 surround?
