Crash immediately after launch

About 30% of the time XBMC crashes just after launch, while it is populating the EPG database. It's 13.1 on Windows 8.1 64-bit with Argus TV backend (hence this thread) on the same machine.

Here's what I see in the Event Log:

I can't find either of the files mentioned above unfortunately.
