In version 12.3 xbmc has a exit menu like this.
I ask if it possible to add this menu to the newest versions like the 13.2 and to new KODI 14.

Not for Android, no. There's no normal/standard way to trigger power options for normal apps, as Android doesn't give them access. There are various hacks that can be done, but that's not something the devs want to add to the default XBMC/Kodi.

I think that will would be a great feature for it.
Only with the option to power off and reboot.
