hi guys, I need your help. Whenever I play a blu-ray iso from xbmc, the skip count goes crazy and the movie isn't fluid and definitely not watchable.

I have a AMD 7700 with all the latest drivers installed and in tmt6 I never have any problems. So it must have something to do with xbmc.


Does anyone know a solution?

Most likely your audio settings are not correctly set for the HD audio contained on blu-rays, see http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=146911

I tried a few things from that link. I am also suspecting that audio is the culprit, but so far no luck.

At least I got a starting point.

If you're still struggling after reading that thread and checking what it suggests, then enable debug logging, see log_file (wiki), then after restarting XBMC try playing a blu-ray.
