I'm having an issue with plexbmc on an amazon firetv where when I choose a video for playback, the screen james up with a tiled grid. For instance, when I pause I get a grid of the pause button. Playback shows a plain black display.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Update - could this be due to xbmc 's AC3 .mkv problems? I confirmed that was what the file was..
