Help!

I had an add-on that was in the official repository, all of a sudden on July 31st it got pulled, no reason, no messages, nothing. I found the log of the removal from the add-on repo here:

I'm just trying to figure out what happened, common sense would indicate that if it was removed by legal action, you would notify the developer or current maintainer of the add-on right? Alas, I've been trying to email the add-on list as well as the maintainers of the repo with no responses. Not even an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT!

It's frustrating to have people use your add-on then, out of the blue it disappears with no prior warning

It's totally possible it got removed for a DMCA, and I understand that, I just want someone to RESPOND back to me, instead of being ignored.

as they are in violation of our piracy policy.

Thank you Ronie, that's all I needed to know, I didn't realize it was so hard to point that out to me in an email instead of having to post on the forums.

Question: Why did it take 4 years to act on the piracy policy? I just have to assume that with the timing of everything, there was a DMCA involved.
