I've got multiple XBMC instances on a network and would like to disable the possibility to rescan the music library on all but one (i.e. the one that has the files locally). Is this possible?
Yes, it's possible to simply not initiate music library scans on those instances, but it's possible to make a mistake occasionally (especially when using the Yatse remote and forgetting to check which XBMC instance it's connected to) and XBMC does occasionally prompt the user to rescan the library, so it would be nice to be able to eliminate this possibility altogether.
