I have Verizon Fios, I have upgraded my router, Subscribed to Quantum, The router is 6" away from the Ouya box, I have connected it directly to the router and Video and TV plays in slow motion

Has anyone dealt with this before? Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

Also, please let me know if this an inappropriate question. Not sure of all the rules.
