Hi is there, a chance to cache a file from live stream lets say in 10 sec, and start playing then?

I have this stream:

And via vlc or xbmc it open normally but only for 4-30 sec and it just stops itself.
Is there any way to make it working constantly?

Keep reconnecting and play cached file? or something?
Any one will to have a shoot. Thanks.
