Hi All,
Just got my Pulse-Eight USB-CEC adapter the other day but having some trouble with it.
My current setup is XBMC on HTPC connected to Pioneer VSX-527 Amp and then the amp connected to my Samsung TV.
HDMI-CEC is turned on both TV and Amp.
Now I can get the amp and both tv to switch on and to correct source when xbmc is started but when this happens the resolution of the htpc is 1028 x 720 presumably because xbmc has started before the amp and tv have initialized.
The only way I can get xbmc to stay at 1920 x 1080 is by leaving it running. The HTPC is already running 24/7 as it also handles other applications.
I was wondering if there is a way to force XBMC to run at 1920 x 1080 everytime?
Many Thanks,
Greg
