Win Video playback issues in versions after Gotham 13.0 beta4
#1
Hi,

i would like to use the latest stable version of XBMC (13.2). But in versions other than 13.0 beta 4 the video playback especially in Live-TV (soccer) is not smooth anymore. The scaling and de-interlacing options have no effect on it. In Blue-Ray playback i see short lags in steady time intervals. There was a forum post on this topic that referred to using beta 4 instead of the recent versions with similar issues. But i cant find this thread anymore. Anyone experiencing this as well?

Thanks for your help!

Hi,

I have been testing Windows 8.1, and Linux xbmcbuntu

For soccer, the best solution is currently xbmcbuntu (and linux derivative), the quality is much better and very smooth

I did another test, for example, the logo of the Fia F1 (an "F" that looks like a comb, with windows sintille, and Linux is very stable ??)

For testing, any changes can deinterlace
I am with a card nvidia GT430.
And I also tested various PVR (tvheadend, DVBLink, MediaPortal, argustv)

and the winner is xbmcbuntu for video rendering

I look far dsplayer for windows, but no hope.

Great historic windows user, I spend entraint Linux.

But please consider the best quality render video on Linux, rather than under Windows? (under windows developer?)

Here, if I can help you
