Bug Capture on I-Frames, please
#1
When XBMC makes (large) thumbnails for the video library (for movies it can't scrape, it seems), it should capture on an I-Frame, really, and not on a P- or B-Frame, as often occurs. Thre result of this bug is that you see a half-garbled image capture (like you would, indeed, on anything but an I-Frame).

Not sure exactly where this is supposed to go; but anyway.

That's not what happens, where do you have that knowledge from?

As you seem to understand a bit of video formats / decoding, a patch is welcome, entrypoint: CDVDFileInfo::ExtractThumb

Thanks in advance
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
