Hi all,
i just bought a brand new android tv box with kitkat 4.4.2 and a rockchip rk3288, I installed xbmc 13.2 and connected this device to my nfs shared hard drives.
I noticed that, even though hd movies and series are playing correctly, standard definition media have a framerate of 12-13 fps.

Same here with amd e350 on zotac nano and openelec 5.0.
any Suggestions? Tried setting framerate in advancedsettings but did not help.

@trogus What does it have to do with the OP? It's not even android...
You should probably ask in the openelec forums...
