I'm in the process of building my first HTPC.

So far, I have purchased:
Case
SSD
HDD

Next on the agenda, I will focus on the Motherboard.
I was thinking this one.

And then after that, should I plan on the Power Supply perhaps? I have no idea there. I don't want the PSU be too strong that it makes too much noise. But at the same time, it'll need power. I just don't know about wattages and such. Any suggestions, given my parts used so far?

Motherboard is easy just buy the one with your socket and the connections you want.
Quiet psu = fanless Seasonic

I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but my case has built-in fans. I'm not sure if this affects the PSU or not.
