Recently purchased the M6 android smart TV box 4.2.2. After around five minutes of opening XBMC the app crashes and I return to droidbox home screen. I have no idea what I can do to fix this. Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated

The start up screen reads "XBMC media center juggling frogs" and the XBMC version is 12.0.

"juggling frog" is not an official version.
Please try to seek advice from the box vendor.

hi all
i am a newbee,sorry in advance for anything i do wromg
i join the forum to see if i could get help to rescue my m6 android tv box,and just read this blog and found out juggling frogs is not supported by xbmc.
i have been trying to get help from juggling frogs for the last month,i am just getting no where personaly i think they are a bunch of crooks,who wont help at all.
i love xbmc and have been using it for a cople of years now on linux windows and android all with no problems,but this box is a waste of time.
does any one now if i can just wipe juggilng frogs xbmc from the box and start agian with another version of xbmc,sorry to ask on this forum but juggiling frogs will not help me at all.
i am going to complain to ebay about them
