Would this graphics card be ok?

Hi all

Very soon I will be virtualising my unraid server as it needs more work to do.
I was going to run XBMCbuntu or OpenElec as a VM

Would this old card I have lying around be enough to give me 1080p smooth video playback?
Asus EAH4850 TOP/HTDI/512M

So I hear I can run xbmc off my old commodore 64.

Pretty cool......pretty really cool

I'm going to seem very dim by asking this but does that mean my card will be acceptable.
I cannot find any info on my card in relation to uvd 2.2

Card Specs:
AMD Radeon HD 4850
PCI Express 2.0
DDR3 512MB
625 MHz
1.986 GHz ( 993 MHz DDR3 )
400 MHz
256-bit
D-Sub Max Resolution : 2048x1536
DVI Max Resolution : 2560x1600
Interface
D-Sub Output : Yes x 1 (via DVI to D-Sub adaptor x 1)
DVI Output : Yes x 2 (DVI-I)
HDMI Output : Yes x 1 (via DVI to HDMI adaptor x 1 )
HDTV Output (YPbPr) : Yes x 1
HDCP Support : Yes
TV Output : Yes x 1 (YPbPr to S-Video and Composite)
So I hear I can run xbmc off my old commodore 64.

Pretty cool......pretty really cool

You can pretty well forget using a VM for XBMC, except for testing.
