Yes same here for me. I have tried to download it for android and windows without success. I have just tranferred the android arm file to one of my android devices and installed it successfully but then when i tried to access the xbmc.org addon its empty. I did a force refresh but still its empty so i guess i will just have to wait until the link is up and running again

Both the addons and other downloads are served by our mirrors. You get redirected to a local mirror by our mirror redirector, which was down.
