Hi guys, my ouya was full no more space and my son decided to do some clean up on the Ouya , he deleted the wrong folders.
now when i turn ouya it gives me the choice to select language and it keeps looping it won't pass that menu .

how can i re-install ouya Os

You mean OUYA as a whole, right? Not just XBMC?
If so, you'd better ask support from OUYA...
