Is there a way to turn off commercial skipping (reading of .edl files) in XBMC anywhere? I'm running into issue where comskip is marking from the last comercial break to the end of the video file as a commercial block when in actuality it is tagging the last part of the program as commercial. I don't know any way around this short of deleting the edl in file manager.

It would be ideal to be able to toggle this on and off depending on if the problem occurs. I'd like to always use comskip, but be able to turn it off if the commercial marking is not correct.

Have a read of Edit_decision_list (wiki) specifically the big yellow notice on top of page and then read advancedsettings.xml#edl (wiki) that's all there is, so you have your answer in there somewhere. though yes as a feature request then is what is remaining.
