It would be good that to add functionality multilingual description for media library..
ex.
We have <plot></plot> and <outline></outline>
and defaults would be to for this tags.. and extensions it could be example for
german description <plot_DE></plot_DE><outline_DE></outline_DE>
polish description <plot_PL></plot_PL><outline_PL></outline_PL>
and logical etc.
and when it was empty, then default xbmc/kodi can read <plot></plot> and <outline></outline>..
It can default change description when we change language settings xbmc/kodi,
or change when we are viewing library in menu option..

well, this data is stored in the DB during library import - so you would have to make the entire library multilingual. Could you describe your usecase please? Do you want to share the same library with different profile and show the plots in the language of the profile?

Yes.. For the same library for a few languages description...
It could be serve language for other profile (good idea, but not exactly, this is good only when share media library from default profile and don't everything scrapping again - only change info about language profile and language about description media library).. maybe it will be easy change, when someone want have info about library for other language..
Because if we can use one full media library for a few players (to save in database in mysql server), then it can to do the same library use for multilanguage one media database...
It will be good, that change the language description media library was public.. in settings media library (option change language about media library) and second when view media library (in left settings menu)..

About editing description media library, then it need to invent a plug, when we choose language in media, and we can editing description..
Maybe in future others scrappers plugs importing information on new option to target language..

When we have a lot of media and not everyone wants to have in their native language description, then could read in another, for example. visitors foreigners..


Yeah.. I know it to be complicated.. but unified media player..
Maybe I will use the example of Wikipedia.. the same media file, for other description..

It could be good that player recognise, that when it is empty description in this language to set default description in this particular media file..
