Samsung TV Remote & Intel NUC
#1
Does anyone happen to know if it is possible to use a Samsung TV Remote (http://img1.lesnumeriques.com/test/83/83...ande-g.jpg) on an Intel NUC IR receiver directly? Are there drivers that need to be installed? Will it work with XBMC / OpenElec out of the box? Or is it even possible to have the two working together?

No additional hardware is needed if CEC ist working correctly in your setup. I am using this remote with my Samsung TV / Openelec. It worked out of the box.

Not with the Intel NUC. CEC is not built in.
