Hi! I'm trying to install XBMC 12.3 on a computer that runs Linux mint 15. I've tried to run apt-get install xbmc, but then I just install the 12.3 version. I tried to add the XBMC reposity (sudo add-apt-repository ppa:team-xbmc/ppa), but that doesn't help either.

running apt-cache policity give me this output:

Raring is out of support.

its end of life and nobody can build new packages for it on launchpad.

you will need to update the disty of Ubuntu, its easy to do if your ok with Linux etc
