Got lots of movies saved on HD. Most are fine but some have bad audio or missing subs, etc. It would be really nice if XBMC allowed you to pull up a dialog while watching a movie and record a note about it that gets stored in the DB so that at any time, you could query for all those movies that have a particular problems so you could fix em or whatever...

In theory you could do this with video library tags (wiki), but I'm not sure how easy it is to add tags while watching a movie in the current version of XBMC/Kodi (as in, if it could be added via a skin hack or not, etc). I do like the idea of being able to tag things on the fly, if it's for problems or some other reason.

It sounds like that's just what I'm looking for. Thanks Ned for pointing that out. If it were a snake it would've bit me! I'll give it a shot and see how it works out. XBMC just keeps getting better.
