Hi all - looking for some advice on these 2 options for running XBMC/Kodi
First option - Intel NUC DN2820FYKH - http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/n...0fykh.html
Can be had for ~ $150 CDN and will probably run OPENELEC. I already have an extra SSD laying around but will probably need to buy some RAM as I only have 2 - 1 GB sticks and this only has one slot.
Second option - Lenovo ThinkCentre M72e Tiny Desktop - http://shop.lenovo.com/ca/en/desktops/th...#techspecs
I found one used for ~ $240 CDN and it is the i5-3470T model with 4 GB RAM and a hybrid 500 GB solid state drive. Has Windows 7 pro installed, display port instead of HDMI (no biggie I think) but has intel hd 2500 graphics.
I think the extras I would get from the Lenovo are worth it but I am not sure how well the hd 2500 graphics will work.
I play mostly blu ray rips compressed with handbrake plus HDTV recordings from my HD homerun. Wouldn't mind something that can handle old school gaming emulation as well.
Will the HD 2500 graphics be okay for my needs ?
