Good Morning'

I have some streams which show no video but the sound is ok. The Screen is black.

I came across this video on youtube :-

My Problem is that when I go to System - Settings - Video, I do not have the System Level button.

I made a research on the subject and I found that I need to edit or recreate the advancedsettings.xml in %appdata%\XBMC\userdata\

In the advancedsettings.xml there is this written:-

What should I do next?
Can anyone help pls

I have the same problem in all my machines. PC, Laptop and Android Tablet
