totally new to this and its probably a self answering question and it will probably be my one and only question, im looking to run a camera on a Pi, save the footage, view the footage using one of the Pi 3.5" touch screens on ebay,

use a wifi dongle with my phone as the wifi hub and upload it to the internet. is this as simple as that?
