There is no chrome, but there is a version of Chromium for Raspbian. It's pretty slow though even for web page loading and I'm not sure that it supports hardware accelerated video decoding...

This is an old discussion, but if someone is still interested in watching Netflix on Raspberry Pi using Chromium, here are instructions I wrote:

Basically, all you have to do is to install Widevine and change your user agent to make Netflix believe that you're using Chrome OS.
