Hi there, recently I had an issue with my MX box, when I try to connect to my tv, it shows no signal, then I reported the problem to the supplier who said to me to upgrade the box by installing a new firmware. I have done the download of the three file and extracted them and put them in SD card, but when I follow the steps to start the upgrade, it takes ages to the install the system update and then in the end when I install from the extension and when finished, I reboot, then the box never work as if I haven't done any update or upgrade. I don't know either the link that I got from the supplier is invalid or there is a problem with the box
