This is a hard prob to explain...
Sometimes it happens and most of the time it does not.
I can be watching a movie, local, streaming... it does not seem to matter.
I have a very fast 4 core 8Gb memory windows 7 box with nVidia video, all drivers are up-to-date

I can be watching ...whatever and the video goes back to zero (time) and starts studdering...
It goes from zero to 1 sec for around 30 seconds, then it resumes at the beginning of the video...
I"ve tried multiple video cards, I have reinstalled multiple times...
I have a custom config file...Posted below...
Help guys...

Are you maybe running out of disk-space? With that setting, XBMC will cache an unlimited amount on the disk until playback is stopped. The cache remains intact until the playback is stopped.
Need help? Check out my XBMC Frodo Guide. It contains full featured guides to Sickbeard and CouchPotato as well.

Debug Log ... Debug Log ...
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
